Management & Leadership
Quick and easy tricks to implement now
Orana@Work is an annual event and support initiative we developed where we deliver practical assistance to businesses in the region to help grow and strengthen our workforce. The topics are based on feedback from you, our stakeholders, and we work hard to find experts to facilitate and deliver informative and practical sessions. Last year we had our Recruitment Marketing Masterclass with Tracey Parsons all the way from the United States.
We asked lots of businesses in the region what exactly they wanted more practical assistance with, and the answer was Management and Leadership. This is what has inspired this series and we will be continuing to work on more ways we can support our managers and leaders across the Orana region.
We plan to continue to deliver smaller webinars and series for Orana@Work throughout the next few months and we are excited to have brought you a three part series in collaboration with GlobalMeet and Auridian.
The recordings of the live webinars are available below as well as the presentations from each session for you to download.
We want to continue to be able to deliver practical workshops and provide resources to help our regions businesses grow. If you have ideas, we would love to hear it. Just click on the link below.
